Using TooExtra AI

TooExtra AI is a web-based photo editor. Upload a photo, choose a template or describe an edit, and generate an AI image. The service supports photo pranks and other creative transformations. Features may change as we improve the product.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Use accurate account information, keep access to your email or Google account secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Subscriptions and image allowances

• Weekly introductory offer: $0.99 for the first three days, including 40 images. Unless canceled before it ends, it automatically renews at $6.99 per week, with 40 images per paid week.
• Yearly plan: $59.99 charged upfront for one year, automatically renewing annually. It includes 100 images per month, released monthly. This plan does not include the three-day introductory offer.

Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes and the total charge are shown before payment. By completing checkout, you authorize the stated initial charge and recurring renewals until you cancel.

One completed image generation uses one image from your allowance. Unused images do not roll over and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or resold. A confirmed failed generation returns the reserved image to the same current allowance period. If a request is still being checked, we confirm its outcome before returning the image allowance.

Introductory offers are for eligible new customers. We may refuse repeated claims or attempts to bypass allowances. We will notify you of changes to an existing subscription's price before they take effect, with an opportunity to cancel.

Canceling and refunds

Cancel future renewals from your account's billing settings or contact contact@tooextra.app. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that charge. Canceling during the three-day introduction stops the weekly renewal. You generally retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

Signing out, clearing your browser or no longer using the service does not cancel billing. Refund requests are handled under our refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Paying for or using the service does not, on its own, waive a statutory withdrawal right.

Your photos and results

You keep the rights you already have in your uploads. You give us permission to process, store and display them only as needed to provide the service, investigate misuse, respond to support and meet legal obligations. We do not obtain ownership of your photos.

You may download and use generated images, including commercially where permitted by applicable law and third-party rights. You are responsible for permissions relating to people, images, brands and other material you submit or use. AI results may be similar to other images and may not qualify for copyright protection.

Edits can contain mistakes or differ from your instructions. Generated images are not evidence that an event occurred and should not be presented as authentic evidence. Review an image before sharing it.

Acceptable use

Use the editor for lawful creative purposes. You must not:

• Upload photos you do not have permission to use, or violate someone's privacy, image rights or intellectual property.
• Create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery or other illegal content.
• Use edited images for fraud, harmful impersonation, harassment, threats, blackmail or false evidence.
• Bypass access controls, billing, image allowances or rate limits, or interfere with other users or the service.
• Share, sell or automate access in a way that abuses the service or violates these terms.

We may reject a request, restrict access or suspend an account to address abuse, security issues or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a way to contact support. Suspension does not remove refund or other rights required by law.

Availability and account deletion

We aim to keep the editor available, but maintenance, errors and interruptions can occur. Save copies of images you want to retain. We do not promise permanent storage or a particular generation time.

To request account or photo deletion, email contact@tooextra.app. Tell us whether you also want your subscription canceled. We will explain any verification or legally required record retention. Our privacy policy describes how we handle your information.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and we do not guarantee a particular artistic result, uninterrupted access or that every generated image is suitable for a specific purpose.

We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Your mandatory rights, including remedies for a defective or misdescribed service and any rights to bring a claim where you live, remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated where required and will not remove rights relating to earlier purchases. Questions or complaints can be sent to contact@tooextra.app.
